We do not allow refunds or returns of any kind on all products and services provided by GLOTONE.  A ticket sale to virtual events (technique classes and scale lab) is to participate, and does not include a replay.  However, all of the recorded events are available to GLOTONE members only on our archive.  All ticket sales and payments are final.  GLOTONE uses a secure 256-bit encrypted payment processor for all transactions that have to be authorized by the purchaser.  GLOTONE cannot entertain any claims of fraudulent activity nor does it take any liability for unauthorized purchases made on our website and mobile app.

CANCELLATIONS​

Members reserve the right to cancel their monthly or annual plan at anytime. All past payments are non-refundable and will not be returned upon cancellation. Once cancelled, plan-holders lose all access to member-only content and archives.
